Lizeo offers a range of delivery options within the United States to suit your needs, including standard shipping, express shipping, and local pickup where available. Orders are typically processed within 1 day before dispatch.
All US orders over $150 enjoy free standard shipping.
For all other U.S orders the following shipping options are available:
Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days | $7.50
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days | $15.00
Local Store Pickup: Available within 24 hours | Free
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier. Delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. CHANGING / AMENDING ORDERS
After an order is placed on
shoplizeo.com, you may request changes or amendments by contacting us via email at
support@shoplizeo.com. We may accommodate changes if the order has not shipped but once the order has shipped, no amendments will be accepted.
RETURNS
At Lizeo, we want to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, the item can easily be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Final sale merchandise—including merchandise marked final sale or clearance merchandise—cannot be returned.

support@shoplizeo.com or visit our boutique at the Forum Peachtree Corners. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
We will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size within 15 days of delivery for online orders. For exchanges, please email us at
support@shoplizeo.com or visit our boutique at the Forum Peachtree Corners. If your requested exchange is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like us to issue you a refund or perform an exchange for another item in stock.
Please note that customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
