Express Shipping: 2-3 business days | $15.00

Bulk Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days | $7.50 per item for ponchos & $20 per item for Raffia Bags

Local Store Pickup: Available within 24 hours | Free

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. At Lizeo, we want to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, the item can easily be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final sale merchandise—including merchandise marked final sale or clearance merchandise—cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
